Students:
    Volunteer at the Conference

Save $$ by being a student volunteer at the 2005 conference. Here’s how:

  • Register in advance, pay the registration fee, and indicate your availability to volunteer on the registration form where indicated
  • Work 2 shifts (1/2 day each) at the conference and receive a full refund of the registration fee
  • Work 1 shift (1/2 day) at the conference and receive a refund of 1/2 the registration

    Volunteers will be accepted on a first come, first served basis and assigned as needed. All volunteers must attend a mandatory training session on the first morning of their assigned work shift, and must check in and out for each shift.

    Volunteer duties may include:

  • Ticket taking
  • Room monitoring
  • Sign in/sign out for continuing education events
  • Distributing handouts
  • Assisting at the registration desk
  • Providing assistance with audio-visual equipment
  • Providing other assistance as needed
