SB 479 marches on!

We are thrilled to announce that SB 479, the behavior analyst licensure bill, has passed the Senate and will be moving on to the Assembly. After coming off the suspense file last week and passing out of the Senate Appropriations Committee, SB 479 was voted off the Senate floor with a unanimous 40-0 vote yesterday!

While this is certainly something to celebrate, we still have a long road in front of us. Our team continues to work with stakeholders on proposed amendments as the bill moves into the Assembly. The support of EVERY CalABA member is more important now than ever. Legislators need to hear a unified voice from our field and the people we serve.
