The publication dates and deadlines are as follows:

Advertisement rates are as follows:

$75 – Business card (1/8 page, 3.5 in. W x 2.5 in. H)
$125 – One quarter page (3.5 in. W x 5 in. H)
$250 – One-half page (7 in. W x 5 in. H)
$500 – Full page (7 in. W x 10 in. H)
$1,000 – One page insert (front and back)

Ad copy that includes graphics should be high-resolution (at least 300 dpi), B/W (grayscale), and saved to an electronic file in a common image format such as JPEG, TIFF, or PDF. We accept plain-text ads (e.g., job listings) for publication in the newsletter. Use a word processor (e.g., Word) to make sure that the printed size will fit into the size you have specified on the advertising agreement. Plain-text ads will be published in a font/layout appropriate for that issue of the newsletter. See the bottom of p. 7 of the Fall 2006 issue for an example of a 1/2-page text ad.

Each newsletter is emailed to current CalABA members (approx. 1000 as of March 2009) and is posted here for downloading.
