We continue to grow and serve individuals in the amazing state of Colorado and we have several positions open for Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Therapists (BCaBAs) and others seeking experience and work in the field of Behavior Analysis!
We are a locally owned and operated family business since 2005. We are a growing company expanding our service area across the state, across populations, and funding streams, with many current and future growth opportunities including leadership and director roles. All supervisory roles in our organization are BCBAs or BCBA-D's.
We provide a wide variety of services ranging from early intervention to support for adults with developmental disabilities. We also provide training for schools, parents, support groups, direct care staff, curriculum development, and social skills classes. Opportunities are available for collaborative research and consultations with BCBAs and BCBA-Ds. Services are provided in a variety of community settings including homes, schools, and day programs.
Master's Degree
BCBA Preferred
Conducting Functional Analyses and Skills Assesments
Developing Treatment Plans and Function-Based Behavior Plans
Management of Client Programs
Care Provider Training
Supervision of RBTs, BCaBAs , and BCBA candidates
Implementing BST
Extremely Competitive Salary commensurate with experience level

Masters or Doctoral degree in behavioral, social, or health services
National Board certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
1 year experience developing and implementing behavioral programing for both behavior reduction and skill acquisition
1 year experience conducting common ABA assessments, applying ABA teaching methods and treatment procedures, and development and implementation of data collection systems
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Applicants must pass a national and local background check
