Job Description + Responsibilities

Our BCBA Clinical Supervisors work collaboratively providing ABA

services within our service model. Under the direction of your Clinical

Director you will implement ABA programs, complete FBA’s, Functional

Analyses, provide parent training, develop programs, mentor and model

for RBT’s, and lead your own cases. You will be responsible for ensuring

data collection is accurate, up to date, and data-based programming

decisions are being made. You will be involved in leading professional

development training, RBT training and supervision, and training future

behavior analysts. All our supervisors are expected to be leaders in

modeling best practices, accurate data collection, completing accurate

and complete session notes, and supporting our team to ensure client

programming progresses.

This position also includes opportunities to provide telehealth support

to our growing team on the island of Oahu with the potential for travel

in a post-COVID future.
