ABC, Inc. is an Applied Behavior Analysis agency dedicated to providing the most up to date empirically sound interventions in the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Attention Deficit Disorder with/out Hyperactivity (ADHD/ADD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and other related behavioral disorders/disabilities.

Our clinical team consists of qualified professionals with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA’s/BCBA-D’s) and Associates (BCaBA’s) who serve as consultants and senior consultants on all client intervention programs. ABC adheres to a clinical supervision structure consisting of an executive clinical/administrative team to ensure quality control of ABA treatment provided across clients. All of our staff receive extensive training and support working as part of a team with regularly scheduled supervision and continuing education.

Assess individual clients initially in order to develop program plans in relation to the client’s deficits/excesses.
Assess individual students for deficits and/or excesses that may be interfering with lesson progression.
Monitor ongoing behavior intervention plans for effectiveness and their relation to lesson plans.
Identify variables that may interfere with the transition of an individual client to another more normalized setting.
Coordinate with families/staff, program activities as they pertain to program goals, behavioral objectives and transitional goals.
Review each client’s program for integrity and progression with constant measurement of skills acquired by each client.
Develop and write intervention plans that address deficits in self-help, communication, socialization and play skills and behavior excesses.
Develop exit plan aimed at maintaining each clients acquired skills in a less restrictive environment.
Continually analyze data to modify existing programming
Advise and train (hands-on) tutors, staff and families in the implementation of all programs, and basic principals.
Troubleshoot special problems in program implementation and expand programs for generalization and maintenance.
Carry out other behavior intervention services within classrooms, care homes, and private homes as assigned.
Organize, coordinate and direct the staff involved in a client’s program including scheduling regular team meetings.
Complete all necessary paperwork including reports to describe the program plans and their modifications, the data analysis and the termination of the plan within established deadlines.
Attend Quarterly meetings to present reports and make recommendations (IEPs, ISPs, IPPs, PTMs).
Participate in monthly Community Services department meetings.
Communicate with Funding Source Personnel as needed.
Full time salary ranging from $65,000-$80,000
