Job Description + Responsibilities

The Columbus Organization is expanding its team of Bilingual Behavior Analysts in Torrance, CA. Immediate opening for Bilingual BA (Spanish) for community based outpatient setting.

The Behavior Specialist is a full time position to serve as the member of the Behavior Service Team (BST). The Behavior Specialist will assist to develop groups, training, and workshops for clients, families, and HRC staff, as well as, to assist Case Management as a liaison to HRC’s community partners.

Columbus offers a highly competitive salary & sign-on bonus complimented by a full, comprehensive benefits package which includes: medical insurance, prescription card, vision plan, dental insurance, $50,000 life insurance, liability insurance, 401k retirement plan with employer contribution, short/long term disability, $1000 annual continuing education allowance, reimbursement for licensure/certification and relocation assistance if needed. Monday – Friday work week.

Other Requirements

Job Requirements:

• BCBA certification

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with children, adolescents, and adults

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

• California Driver’s License and driving ability

• Bilingual (Fluent in English-Spanish)
