Our clinic based program provides early intensive services in a convenient program model for all families. The team at our clinics provides a warm and secure environment for children to learn and grow. Service delivery and programming in the clinic based program mirrors the service delivery in a home setting and allows for the incorporation of peer play and the generalization of targeted skills. Parents receive training and consultation through monthly observation and parent training with their behavior consultant.

Advance Kids is growing, hiring like crazy, and serious about bringing you along! Take the reins as one of our leaders, mentoring a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in our clinic for youngsters in Rancho Cordova, and creating individualized programs. If you qualify and are out of the area, we can also help with moving expenses and even lease deposits to have you work for us.

You need a minimum of two years experience in a related field, and case experience with children with ASD or other development disabilities. You also need: the ability to run, stand, sit, stoop, crawl, kneel, reach, push, and lift a child weighing 50 pounds; normal visual, vocal & hearing acuity; and the ability to drive.
