Since 1980, CNS has provided postacute medical treatment, rehabilitation and disease management, and offers residential, inpatient, outpatient and assisted living programs. Locations include Bakersfield, Los Angeles, San Francisco, CA and Dallas, TX.

CNS is an experienced and respected provider of post-acute rehabilitation programs, and offers intensive modified inpatient, outpatient, residential, and assisted living rehabilitation programs for individuals recovering from all types of brain injury. The CNS community-based approach focuses on helping patients regain a normal rhythm of living and independence. Therapy is designed to foster a return to a typical at-home living situation.

Job Description + Responsibilities

Are you a self-motivated, high energy Behavior Analyst, looking for a great team? Centre for Neuro Skills (CNS) may be looking for you! CNS-Bakersfield has a full-time Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position available.

Work as part of a dedicated team where you can make a difference. Must be flexible, positive, have good communication skills, and be able to work as part of an interdisciplinary team. You will work with a team of BCBA’s to develop and monitor individual behavior treatment programs for patients with brain injuries. Report such programs and/or changes, consult with the clinical and residential teams to receive input on the implementation and effectiveness of each program. As a Behavior Analyst, review behavior data, module results and generate appropriate statistics. Monthly conference reports, initial evaluations and discharge summaries will be completed for patients. You will also be able to conduct clinic behavior staffings, training and programming.

Hours are Monday -Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Master's Degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field

BCABA or BCBA certification or certification-eligible.
