MAPS is an evidence based, scientifically proven intervention in an after-school, inclusion play group therapy program. Our on-site Social Skills playgroups run two or three times per week for one and one half hour sessions. Our on-site Behavior Skills Therapies vary throughout the day. We also provide in-home and community-based Social Skills and Behavior Skills services..

Job Description + Responsibilities
The program’s BCBA is responsible for supervising the therapeutic and philosophic integrity of the clients' programs. Duties include: program development and evaluation; support and leadership for faculty recruitment and development; parent leadership and support; and administrative duties requiring organizational experience. Additional duties include: conducting assessments, writing progress reports, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans, data collection.

Other Requirements
• Master’s degree in related field and BCBA Certification
• Two years working in a related therapy
• Organizational and management experience.
