Company Description
UCP of Sacramento & No. CA is recruiting for a certified BCBA as part of our Autism Center for Excellence (ACE) program. This program has successfully provided services in an afterschool program since 2008.

Master's Degree

Job Description + Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive programs for clients in the areas of communication,
social skills and daily living skills
Oversee program implementation
Provide training and feedback to behavior technicians regarding program
implementation
Collaborate with supervisor regarding program development and concerns.
Make data-based decisions to adjust/modify programming.
Collaborate with other service providers.
Assist with development and oversight of Behavior Support Plan and
Treatment Plan.
Write and maintain progress reports, lesson plans, materials and data
sheets as necessary.

Other Requirements
Minimum two years' experience in the ABA field working with individuals
with autism
Experience supervising behavior intervention programs
Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills
