STAR of CA uses Applied Behavior Analytic interventions to address developmental delays and challenging behaviors in toddlers, children, and adolescents with Autism Spectrum and Related Disorders. We provide home, school, and community based services, and create collaborative partnerships focused on building in support for our families through a Positive Behavior Support framework. What sets us apart in the field, is the expertise that we have in the most current naturalistic ABA practices, with doctoral researchers and clinicians who bring the integration of Pivotal Response Treatment into our programs. We use an eclectic approach and have the expertise to draw from a variety of ABA methodologies to develop individualized behavioral programs, from early intervention to focused behavior reduction programs to meet the needs of the clients we serve.

Conducting functional behavior assessments and developmental assessments, including the administration of standardized assessment tools for a variety of ages, needs, and developmental levels

Oversight, supervision and training of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
