BECA was established in 1999 to help meet the ongoing demand for accessible, high-quality, applied behavior analysis (ABA) services for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), ages 18 months and older, and their families. BECA is a California regional center vendor, certified by the California Department of Education as a non-public agency, and in-network with multiple insurance providers in California.

Our service areas currently include greater Los Angeles, Orange County, and Sacramento, with services soon becoming available to additional cities, states, and countries. Our mission is to help individuals become more fully integrated into their family, school and community environments. Job Description + Responsibilities

----------------Behavior Analyst----------------

• Conduct functional analyses and assessments

• Develop behavior intervention plans

• Develop treatment goals in collaboration with other professionals and parents

• Conduct parent and staff training on an on-going basis

• Analyze data regularly and adjust treatment accordingly

• Monitor the implementation of intervention plans and modify as necessary

• Train and supervise clinical staff

• Generate conceptually and grammatically well-written reports for families and funding agencies

• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians™ (RBT®) and Behavior Technicians

• Adhere to BACB, HIPAA and other regulatory standards governing professional practice

----------------Program Supervisor----------------

Under the supervision of a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the program supervisor will:

• Conduct functional analyses and assessments

• Develop behavior intervention plans

• Develop treatment goals in collaboration with other professionals and parents

• Conduct parent and staff training on an on-going basis

• Analyze data regularly and adjust treatment accordingly

• Monitor the implementation of intervention plans and modify as necessary

• Train and supervise clinical staff

• Generate conceptually and grammatically well-written reports for families and funding agencies

• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians™ (RBT®) and Behavior Technicians

• Adhere to BACB, HIPAA and other regulatory standards governing professional practice

----------------Requirements----------------

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field

• BACB-certified or enrolled in graduate program to pursue certification as a BCBA or BCaBA®

• Possess leadership, interpersonal, excellent spoken and written communication and time management skills

• Clear background check and must meet immunization requirements

• Valid photo identification, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance

• Minimum of two years of experience with related population preferred
