As a KOI Clinical Manager, you'll be responsible for supervising our Behavior Therapists and providing specialized behavioral intervention services for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. Regular visits with caregivers to review program effectiveness and observations is a great part of the job, along with providing education to the caregivers. Additionally you will lead monthly progress updates with each family. Our direct service employees will receive your coaching and support through your organization of visits to overlap their services provided to the families. Our Clinical Managers are in charge of reviewing program data and reports submitted by the direct service team, and updating individualized programs to ensure each child's development is accurately reflected. We'll expect you to meet our productivity requirements, which will be painless if you're an efficient worker. The Clinical Managers attend our staff meetings with the team, development trainings, and connect with the Clinical Director on a regular basis. Finally, we'll expect you remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis and related fields.

An applicant should be a licensed clinician, such as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following disciplines: early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, pediatric therapy, psychology, or a related field. It is preferred that you also have two years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders and/or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
