SB 479 passes out of Assembly Business and Professions Committee!

We are thrilled to announce that SB 479, the Behavior Analyst Licensure bill, passed out of the Assembly B & P Committee with a 10-0 vote on July 7! It should be noted that the Committee Chair, Assemblymember Susan Bonilla, publicly congratulated the author, Senator Bates, and CalABA for the success of the bill to date and commented on how difficult licensure laws have been historically in California.
