Job Description + Responsibilities
Autism Treatment Solutions, a Butterfly Effects company, is seeking dedicated BCBAs to join a family-centric company with one singular focus – to fulfill meaningful goals defined by our clients and their families. As a member of the ATS Interdisciplinary Team, the BCBA designs and manages individualized educational and behavioral programming including: direct 1:1 therapy service, development of new academic, behavioral, social, and daily living skills, and effective response to difficult or disruptive behaviors. BCBAs conduct assessments, develop reports, and manage a team of ABA Supervisors and Paraprofessionals to create a fun, motivating experience to generate the highest level of performance for every individual and family that we serve.

Other Requirements
Previous ABA therapy experience with clients on the autism spectrum is paramount to success in these roles. Progressive exposure to ABA in the roles of Behavior Technician, Mid-level supervisor, and ultimately attaining Board Certification has proven to be an excellent career path for successful BCBAs.
