Company Description
Pyles and Associates is seeking a qualified BCBA to work with adults with autism and other intellectual disabilities. The populations we serve include those with a dual diagnosis (mental illness and intellectual disability), with an emphasis on assessing medication effectiveness. Full Time and Part Time positions are available. Offices are based in Glendale with contracts in the greater Los Angeles area. Applicants must be coachable, willing to learn, productive, and work well with others.
Pyles and Associates provides support to group homes, day programs, and parents. Staff training opportunities are also available. Pyles and Associates offers opportunities to work creatively and collaboratively with other behavior analysts.

Job Description + Responsibilities
Conduct functional assessments, develop behavior support plans, train staff, monitor program implementation, assess psychotropic medication effectiveness, function as member of interdisciplinary team.
