BCBA Required
Conduct functional behavior assessments & recommend behavior supports for children with Autism Spectrum and other related disorders.
Train staff, parents, and other professionals to implement ABA treatment plans
Write initial assessments and progress reports
Consult with parents and school personnel
Work closely with the Behavior Specialists in their provision of direct services. And provide the needed resources and guidance to assist clients, parents, and Behavior Specialists in the development and implementation of behavior protocols.
Effectively manage caseload, prepare and submit all required documentation in a timely manner
Evaluate and update client progress reports
Supervise direct care staff and travel between regionalized clients
Conducts clinical reviews with insurance case managers
Set and achieve performance goals with patient, patient guardian, and treatment teams
Assist with training staff
Oversee and maintain accurate and organized patient notes, data, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Ensure that all supervision hours are 100% contract fulfillment
Maintain patient privacy/HIPPA
Abide by BACB guidelines, rules, and regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Provide leadership and oversight to a growing company, including program development
Interface with insurance and Regional Center including negotiating rates and clinical reviews
