Innovative Behavioral Therapies (IBT) mission is to serve the needs of families affected by autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other pervasive developmental disabilities by providing comprehensive and individualized 1:1 direct services. The goals of our services are: to identify and treat current challenging behaviors, teach new socially appropriate behaviors and adaptive skills, and educate families on principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). Using a collaborative model, IBT fosters communication among parents and relevant stakeholders (i.e. speech pathologist, occupational therapists, teachers, school psychologists, physicians) to provide effective and quality services to improve the lives of our clients.

Job Description + Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments
Assist in Development and Manage Individualized Treatment plans for clients
Manage a caseload of clients & families
Provide parent consultation and training
Collaborate with a team of highly qualified BCBA’s
Supervise & train staff
Provide direct services to clients
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS:
Must have Masters Degree
Must be enrolled in a BCBA program
Position / Certification supervising this position
This position will be supervised by both Clinical Supervisors and Clinical Directors, all of whom are BCBA's in good standing

Must be Spanish Speaking
Previous experience working in-home, school and community ABA programs
Previous experience supervising/training interventionists in implementing ABA based treatment programs
Previous experience working with children and adolescents with developmental or behavioral programs
