Greetings from the State Capitol! On February 27, CalABA spent the day disseminating information about behavior analysis to CA legislators. Teams of BCBAs (from our board and general membership) met with 27 legislators to disseminate information about our science and practice to those who are likely to hear bills that impact behavior analytic services.

Among these include AB 189, which would add BCBAs to statute as mandated reporters - an important protection for consumers.
