Uplift Family Services takes a state-of-the-art approach to children and adolescents with complex behavioral health challenges and helps them recover from trauma such as abuse, severe neglect, addiction and poverty. Job Description + Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES: Works within the vision, mission, and philosophy of the agency. Under direct supervision, implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) (including positive behavior supports and intervention strategies) to address autism spectrum disorder for youth and their families/caregivers in a variety of environments. Works collaboratively with others on the ABA team to support creation and implementation of stabilization and service plans. Works independently with youth and/or families in a variety of settings including homes, community, and/or treatment settings.

Position / Certification supervising this position

Position will be supervised by a BCBA Supervisor, available to supervise BCBA and RBT.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree (BA/ BS) degree. One (1) year experience working with children with ASD and their families and/or One (1) year experience implementing ABA interventions with youth and families.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree (BA/ BS) in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Education or related field. Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Ability to speak, write, or read other languages.
