Job Description + Responsibilities
TLC is seeking a self-motivated, quick-thinking Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of experienced and highly skilled Clinical Directors. We have job openings in San Francisco CA, San Mateo CA, and San Jose CA.
Position Highlights:
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Analyze data and make data-based program changes
• Document client’s progress
• Provide supervision to Behavior Interventionists, RBT, and BCBA candidates implementing direct 1:1 ABA programs.
• Conduct parent and teacher training
• Lead team meetings

Other Requirements
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Graduate degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field. Applicants enrolled or willing to enroll in BCBA coursework will be considered for Supervisor role.
• At least one year supervisory experience. At least 2 years working with children with Autism using ABA methods.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
