Responsibilities:
• The Clinical Supervisor oversees the implementation of the IBSP (Individual Behavior Support Plan) and collaborates with the Administrator and reports directly to the BCBA Director.
• The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for working directly with the RBTs and Lead RBTs and providing supervision as per BACB guidelines.
• The Clinical Supervisor will model the approach that emphasizes positive behavior supports, person-centered practices and trauma-informed care in their practice.
• The Clinical Supervisor will utilize best practices when conducting FBA and developing IBSPs.
• The Clinical Supervisor will use objectives to plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions.
• The Clinical Supervisor employs an array of empirically validated teaching strategies- modeling, incidental teaching, task analysis, chaining, and activity-embedded instructions.
• The Clinical Supervisor incorporates a variety of techniques to help with skill building- prompting, errorless teaching, maximizing learning opportunities, effective reinforcement, preference assessment, and choice procedures.
• The Clinical Supervisor will employ a wide range of strategies for skill acquisition and skill generalization over time and across people, settings, situations, and activities. ads to the RBT and Lead RBTs within the home.

Requirements:
• Minimum two years’ prior experience in designing, supervising and implementing behavior modification services as the following:
• Must be: 1) BCBA, or 2) BCaBA, or 3) LCSW, or 4) LMFT, or 5) Psychologist licensed by the California Board of Psychology, or 6) A professional with a California licensure, which permits the design of behavior modification intervention services.
• 8-hour Supervisor Training (providing RBT supervision)
• Good standing and active with the BACB
