Behavior Therapy Clinic (BTC) is a private agency that has served children of all ages with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Pervasive Developmental Disabilities since 1997. Applying the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we’ve developed individualized treatment programs for the home, school, and community settings.

BTC holds a Nonpublic Agency Certification from the California Department of Education, a vendor contract with the California Regional Centers, and is preferred provider for Medi-Cal many major insurance carriers. BTC is a vendor of and works collaboratively with public schools, including the Los Angeles Unified School District,Burbank Unified School District and numerous private and religious schools.

Job Description + Responsibilities

Behavior Therapy Clinic (BTC) is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to Supervise ABA programs in the Los Angeles area *Please apply if you currently live in and are willing to commute to the area *

BTC is a private agency that provides home and school-based ABA treatment programs for individuals diagnosed with autism and other neurological and developmental delays. Supervisors apply the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to develop individualized treatment programs for the home, school, and community settings. We work collaboratively with both public schools and numerous private schools.

•Supervise ABA programs in the home and school settings

•Develop ABA programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills

•Organize and maintain data collection for programs

•Review data and write progress reports

•Establish and maintain positive relations with families and school personnel

•Train and review staff

•Parent / teacher consultation regarding skill development and problem behaviors

Other Requirements

Experience

•Minimum of 1 year experience supervising ABA programs

•Minimum of 2 years working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis

•Skilled in ABA and DTT programming

•Experience conducting skill acquisition, as well as functional assessments

•Develop and implement positive behavior plans & strategies

•Strong communication and writing skills

•Strong leadership and managerial skills

•Good organizational skills

•Ability to manage time effectively
