We are a highly respected and rapidly growing agency providing evidence-based treatment to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. We emphasize a scientist-practitioner model by encouraging our clinical staff to systematically evaluate treatment procedures and contribute to the body of literature supporting ABA treatment. We also place a strong emphasis on training and support across staffing levels (both initial and ongoing), fostering collaboration and developing caseloads in a manner that allows our senior clinical staff members to remain highly involved in each client’s intervention program. A high level of quality treatment delivery is expected and systems have been developed to systematically monitor for this critical variable.
