Centre for Neuro Skills (CNS) helps people with brain injury find hope, independence and a meaningful life - and you can play a key role in that journey as a Behavior Analyst.

As a Behavior Analyst, be an integral part in the rehabilitation programs as you develop and monitor individual behavior treatment programs for the clinic, residential and extended care patients. Work is full time during the weekdays (7:30am - 4:30pm) and may require some on-call work. Work is performed primarily at the clinic, the residential site, and minimal time in the community. The residential site may be a home and/or an apartment complex which may have two stories; if two stories, the top story is accessible by one flight of stairs.

A high degree of accuracy in documentation and observation, adaptability to a variety of situations, strong organizational and communication skills, decision making and an ability to evaluate situations as they occur is needed for this position.

Starting salary $72k.

Other Requirements

SPECIAL SKILLS UTILIZED, EDUCATION LEVEL, TRAINING

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field of expertise

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred or eligibility for certification.

Working knowledge of rehabilitative care required.

Prior direct care experience working with the brain injury population of persons served is preferred.

Prior experience as Neuro Rehabilitation Specialist, Supervisor, Residential Treatment Coordinator, etc. preferred.
