As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) your primary duties and responsibilities will be:
Provide staff training on the principles of ABA and behavior modification to ensure compliance with standards
Implementing functional behavior assessments with individuals with developmental disabilities, developing treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Utilizing a strong clinical background in administering functional behavior assessments, conducting skill-based assessments, and assisting in designing, implementing, and/or training others using individualized ETS skill-based curricula
Experience in 1:1 education of learners with developmental disabilities across educational and community settings, as well as familiarity with designing, participating in, or supervising in home 1:1 program for individuals with developmental disabilities
Must have solid knowledge of the behavioral impact of developmental disabilities, as well as the cognitive, educational, vocational and social challenges encountered by persons with developmental disabilities
Provide quality assurance to ETS department of behavior services to ensure ETS quality standards of services are provided and ETS is in compliance with authorizing agencies standards for behavior services
Carry a caseload of direct service clients, supervise and manage their services to continue practicing clinical skills and have continued professional development
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks/goals for self and others
Effective written and verbal communication skills with individuals and groups at all professional levels
Collecting, graphing, analyzing, displaying and discussing data-based progress
Effective and creative negotiator and problem solver

MA Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Mental Health, Clinical Rehabilitation, or another related field is required.
Training and required supervision hours completed in accordance with Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) requirements and active certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
2+ years’ experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities, to include at least 120 hours of direct services to individuals with complex behavior problems. Must have a reliable form of transportation.
Must be able to pass a DOJ background check.
CPR Certified.
Must hold a valid California Driver’s License with a clean DMV record.
Must be able to provide and maintain legally required vehicle insurance.
Must be willing to travel within assigned counties to visit client family homes daily.
