BCBA Required
The primary function of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support services to meet the needs of children diagnosed with behavioral and social/communication challenges.
Oversee training and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Conduct Parent Trainings related to individual client needs to support generalization of skills.
Complete and maintain Session Notes and Treatment Plans in accordance with insurance guidelines.

Additional Qualifications:
· At least three years' experience serving individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
· Experience with staff training and supervision
