Job Description + Responsibilities

BCBAs- Part time ($65/HR) and Full Time in North San Diego

Salary:

· Clinical Services part-time BCBAs work a maximum of 25 hours per week and earn $65/hour.

· Full-time BCBAs start at $80,000 plus excellent benefits.

To be successful in this role, we are seeking candidates who possess:

· Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

· Demonstrated experience working with behavior challenges and complex needs.

· Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavior interventions and behavior change strategies.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

· A passion for making a difference and a commitment to promoting positive outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments to gain valuable insights into the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.

· Implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies, ensuring consistent and data-driven progress monitoring.

· Providing ongoing training, supervision, and support to RBT’s, empowering them to effectively manage and support challenging behaviors.

· Advocating for the needs of our unique population and supporting a positive and inclusive culture.
