Our clientele consists exclusively of young children (infant to 6 years) with an at-risk or autism diagnosis.

Within the field applied behavior analysis, we are leaders in assessment using the VB-MAPP and implementation of curriculums based on Skinner’s Verbal Behavior concepts.

We have an intentionally low supervisor-to-client and staff ratio and therefore you will be able to provide close supervision and provide the support needed to RBTs to provide effective intervention.

Job Description + Responsibilities

ABA Supervisors are responsible for:

Developing and monitoring ABA home-based intensive intervention programs based on the principles of ABA, VB and evidence-based practices. Supervising highly qualified Behavior Interventionists; many in BCBA programs, all experienced with minimum BA/BS degree and RBT).

Staff training, parent training, data collection design and oversight, report writing, VB-MAPP and other assessment activities including FBAs, participation in scheduling, collaboration with team members and other professionals, and day-to-day communication and coordination.

Our clientele consists exclusively of young children (infant to 6 years) with an at-risk or autism diagnosis.

ABA programming is primarily home-based therefore the position involves driving to family homes within the county of San Diego. The primary caseload is anticipated to be in central and inland north San Diego.

Preferred applicants are dedicated professionals committed to their own improvement as well as the advancement and growth of the field of applied behavior analysis.
