Job Description + Responsibilities

We are so excited to open our national search for a Center Director. Juvo's Center Director will oversee and supervise the clinical, administrative, and professional components of our Learning Centers.

Here's what you will do…

* Develop and manage the building and opening of our Learning Centers.

* Provide leadership in the delivery of child care, pre-school and clinic services for typical

and special needs children in an ABA center-based setting.

* Oversee all recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing supervision of Center

staff.

* Develop and manage the relationships with various funding sources and community

partners.

* Develop and oversee all site management such as schedules, rosters, and caseloads for

the clinicians and staff in the Center. Ensure that rosters and caseloads allow staff and

clinicians to meet their scorecard goals while also ensuring that the values and goals of

the organization are obtained.

* Provide direct clinical services, oversight and supervision as needed.

Here's what you need to bring…

* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a minimum of five years with a current

certification in good standing with the regulatory board.

* A minimum of three years of related professional experience managing, designing and

providing ABA-based services in a center-based setting. Experience managing fiscal

sustainability preferred.

* Extensive experience providing services to typical and special needs children ages birth to

age 5 with a focus on early childhood development.

* Five or more years of experience in a supervisory role.
