STAR of California uses Applied Behavior Analysis interventions to address developmental delays and challenging behaviors in toddlers, children, and adolescents with Autism Spectrum and Related Disorders. We use an eclectic approach in that we have the ability and expertise to draw from a variety of ABA methodologies, including Positive Behavior Support, to develop comprehensive individualized behavioral programs to meet the needs of the clients we serve.

Job Description + Responsibilities
Looking for Clinical Supervisors to oversee the development and implementation of ABA programs for children with Autism Spectrum and Related Disorders. Experience with data collection and analysis, functional behavior assessment, developmental assessments, goal writing and development, oversight and training of registered behavior technicians (RBTs), report writing, parent education, and fluency with or high aptitude for learning data management technology preferred.
-Non-certified supervisors will be supervised by a BCBA or multiple BCBAs within the agency.
Position / Certification supervising this position
M.A, BCBA and Ph.D., BCBA level staff will be supervising this position
Salary, Benefits, + Opportunities
-Salary range for BCBA level supervisors is $75,000-$90,000 depending on experience and credentials.
-Non-BCBA certified supervisors are hourly employees ranging from $26-35/hr depending on experience and credentials.

Other Requirements
-Minimum 1.5-2 years experience in ABA
-BCBA preferred. If not yet BCBA certified, enrollment in BACB approved course sequence is required
