Under limited supervision, scopes, researches, and implements strategic short- and long-term initiatives and special projects, in support of reaching the long-term strategic vision. Is responsible for the interpretation of contract(s) requirements, and the development of process implementation, and process compliance auditing. Acts as an active member of the ESAS Leadership Team, and leads special projects with cross-functional engagement.
Will also:
- Work collaboratively to understand Contract(s) (KP and other insurers) requirements, implementation, and documentation of core processes; Ensures process documentation and process implementation are followed throughout the organization.
- Develop internal audit timelines, data collection, storage and reporting workflows; develop audit processes and tool(s) training.
Analyze processes and identify gaps and strengths in the operational workflow, evaluates the need for change and provides recommendations to the ESAS Leadership team.
- Enhance and implement internal audit processes for contract administration (ABA, Therapy, and Network Providers). Assist with external audit processes as needed.
- Lead the Autism Services CARF accreditation effort.
- Under limited supervision, provides project support to the Autism Services - - Leadership Team and conducts research, tracks trends, prepares presentations, develops meeting agendas, drafts briefing papers, and/or compiles background materials. Prepares summaries of discussions, coordinates logistics, and ensures appropriate and effective communications with participants.
- Identify and engage internal and external subject matter experts, including informational resources, to facilitate the advancement of each project. Current project support includes electronic health records, Scorecard and Leadership Curriculum launch.

Qualifications:
- BCBA Certification or license in the field of psychology.
- Master’s degree and a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience necessary to successfully perform in this position.
-Advanced training in project management.
- Comprehensive knowledge in job related functional area, including contract interpretation and implementation.
- Strong organizational skills with the demonstrated ability to develop and implement practical strategies, plans and solutions to identify concerns.
- Demonstrated ability to think conceptually and master complex subject matter quickly.
