We are a behavioral health organization in Northern California with centers in San Francisco East Bay (Dublin), Tracy, Modesto, Sacramento, and Elk Grove. The Corporate Office is in Modesto, California. Founded in 1996, we serve approximately 450 individuals of all ages who are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Job Description + Responsibilities

The Director of Business Operations has the overall responsibility for maintaining the design, enhancement, implementation, and management of business operations for Therapeutic Pathways, Inc./The Kendall Centers. Reporting to the CEO and President, the Director of Business Operations is a key member of the Executive Team. The Director of Business Operations has the primary responsibility for overseeing, analyzing, and managing the organization’s systems, processes, workflows, and procedures. This position is pivotal with respect to shaping and guiding future growth and development. See www.tpathways.org

Improve operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization’s mission using the principles, procedures, and techniques of organizational behavior management

Manage effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT, Client Services and Facilities)

Collaborate with the Controller to produce efficiencies

Coordinate with Regional Directors to produce improvements in organizational-wide systems to improve clinical efficacy

Take the leadership role in defining, analyzing and responding to departmental and individual metrics

Serve a significant role in long-term, strategic planning including development and expansion

Lead and coordinate inter-departmental projects and meetings

Coordinate/complete special projects assigned by CEO and President

Other Requirements

Preferred:

MA or Ph.D. in OBM w/experience establishing and overseeing organization wide performance management systems

5+ years of experience in HR frameworks, marketing, and operations

5+ years of business management experience across a wide range of business disciplines

Knowledge of healthcare and educational systems

Minimum:

3+ years of experience in HR frameworks, marketing, and operations

3+ years of business management experience across a wide range of business disciplines

BA or BS from an accredited college or university
