Job Description + Responsibilities

Conduct Intake Assessments for new clients orienting them to ESBA, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and the Behavioral Health Provider Network (BHPN) while gathering clinical and medical information.

Timely and complete submission of all required reports.

Coordinates with ESBA Customer Service and maintains a consistent ongoing schedule of availability.

Conducts intake sessions which include client/parent interview, evaluations and skills assessments.

Review relevant reports and documentation as needed to complete assessment.

Write all reports in a professional and eloquent manner

Accurately identify and follow up with clinical escalation of clients.

Ensure a warm handoff of clients to the appropriate teams.

Assist with Consent Packet distribution, explanation and tracking

Travel to various ESBA locations to conduct assessments as necessary.

Train new intake assessors on process as assigned by supervisor.

Create new trainings for intake and assessments as assigned by supervisor.

Meet productivity expectations as assigned and determined by process and business need.

Other duties assigned by supervisor.

Adheres to all mandated guidelines for patient's clinical care and license, maintains license. Complies with organization, department, state, federal, regulatory agency guidelines, policies and procedures.

Attaining and achieving position competencies in relation to role responsibilities.

Position / Certification supervising this position

Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or Licensed Clinician - Psychologist, LMFT, MSW, SLP, PT, OT, LCSW.

Must have two or more years of clinical experience working with individuals with autism (preferred) or other developmental disabilities.
