To support rapid school district adoption of our web-based solution Rethink Ed (www.rethinked.com) is seeking a Rethink Professional Services Consultant. Candidate will work remotely but collaborate regularly with other members of the Professional Learning Team based in our New York City headquarters and other regions of the country. This position will report to the Regional Director of Educational Partnership who provides comprehensive support to customers.
The Professional Services Consultant will provide on-site and remote functionality and application training on the Rethink Ed platform. Training consists of teaching educational staff Rethink platform components and supporting the application of Rethink to promote positive outcomes for students. Rethink Professional Services Consultant will also provide ongoing customer support through the guidance and direction of the Regional Director of Educational Partnership.
The ideal candidate will be a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst or Registered Behavior Technician with experience working in public schools, or special educator with ABA knowledge. Since we are a web-based company, you must be very comfortable with technology. You must also be prepared to deliver the training in a virtual environment (i.e., via webinar), and be willing to travel for onsite training.

Required
-Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
-2 or more years of experience working with children in public schools
-Staff training and presentation experience

-Teaching Certificate
-Assistant Board Certification in Behavior Analysis
