McRory Pediatric Services provides quality, evidence-based therapy services in a nurturing and supportive environment as needed to help our clients reach their fullest potential.
Provide individual behavior support services to children ages birth to 18 years of age with varying disabilities. We provide a training, ongoing support and a fun and collaborative work environment. We offer BCBA supervision hours if needed.
We currently have part-time, openings for in home and in clinic positions within the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley.
We have full-time positions working in local schools, (Pre-K to 12th grade) and in client's homes and the community throughout Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita, as well as in our Tarzana or Valencia clinics.
Duties:
Provide behavior intervention services in home and in school
Implement behavior treatment plans and skill acquisition plans, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Qualified Autism Services Practitioner
Collect data
Run DTT programs (utilizing Applied Verbal Behavior) and NET programs
Attend team meetings
Collaborate with team members
Complete accurate and timely therapeutic treatment notes
Strictly follow and enforce BACB guidelines
Minimum Requirements:
Position commonly referred to as: Behavior Therapist, Behaviorist, Interventionist, BII, Behavioral, Behavioral Support, or Registered Behavior Technician, Paraprofessional, Aide, ABAT, Autism Therapist, Autism Technician.

HS Diploma required
1-2 years related experience working with children with special needs
Must have working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Must have a reliable car, proof of auto insurance and a valid driver's license
Proof of immunization records and TB required
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) certification is a plus.
Desirable candidates must have a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well as part of a team, strong written and verbal communication skills.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, $16.00 - $24.00.
