The Carolyn E. Wylie Center is a large multi-service center now serving over 450 children, youth, and families each year through its programs and services. Serving the Inland Empire, we provide the highest quality educational programs and therapeutic services to meet the needs, goals and hopes of individuals with special learning, emotional and developmental needs.
The Autism Program is a dynamic setting providing interaction with colleagues on a daily basis. dedicated to providing the highest quality individualized intervention services to make positive differences in the lives of children.
We provide intensive one to one behavior modification and early intervention for children 18 months to 12 years of age by using an integrated and comprehensive intervention model based on the principles of behavior analysis and the concept of individualization. We believe intervention must target every area of impaired functioning, including communication, social, play, motor, cognitive, academic, attention, executive functioning, and adaptive skill.

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Executive Clinical Supervisor; the Senior Case Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum in the Autism Clinic.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Must have a Master’s degree with an emphasis in ABA, early childhood, human development, Special Education, Psychology, or related field. Must hold valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification. Experience working with young children with autism , and/or training in PECS, ABA, TEACCH, or Floortime a must.
Must be available Monday-Thursday: 8am-7pm, Friday: 8am-6pm, and Saturday 8am-2pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct functional, behavioral, and other assessments and write assessment reports
Design individual client treatment/behavioral plans and make treatment recommendations
Establish and coordinate systems for the review of individual client progress and data-based modification of individual treatment plans
Responsible for synthesizing data and written records into individual client reports for program funders including Intake, Quarterly Progress, Semi-Annual, Annual Transition and Exit Reports
Responsible for the implementation of the curriculum which includes using aspects Picture Exchange Communication System, Systematic Applied Behavior Approach, Floortime, and TEACCH.
Will implement the children’s IFSP/IEP/IPP and related interventions as requested by the Autism Program Director, Occupational Therapist, Speech/Language Specialist, Family Counselor, and/or Physical Therapist.
Provide clinical supervision to unlicensed/certified clinical staff
Responsible for supervision, training and mentoring of clinic staff, volunteers and interns.
Write Monthly Clinic Meeting Notes which will include but is not limited to; compilation of data,
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has supervisory responsibilities including both leadership and team member roles within diverse settings.
