Job Description + Responsibilities

The Site Coordinator position involves both clinical and management tasks. It is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing ABA treatment provided to individuals with autism spectrum disorder in the Sacramento Region (Elk Grove). The Site Coordinator leads BCBAs, BCaBAs, and support staff who provide center, home, school, and community based services. This position also involves carrying a clinical caseload used to mentor new professionals. In addition, the Site Coordinator works with other Coordinators at sister centers as well as leadership from Clinical, Corporate, and Quality Assurance departments on projects related to treatment integrity, innovative treatment programs, and regulatory compliance.

Other Requirements

Master’s or Ph.D. in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field

BCBA or BCBA-D credential and/or licensed as psychologist (California)

5+ years prior experience developing, implementing, and supervising behavior analytic treatment programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities

Strong communication, problem solving, and leadership skills
