Achievable Behavior Strategies is a Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE). We provide ABA therapy and consultation for Autism in Las Vegas, Nevada. We specialize in providing our clients with applied verbal behavior therapy and positive behavioral supports. Our team entirely consists of licensed and certified staff that strictly adhere to the principles of applied behavior analysis in achieving transformational results for children with autism, intellectual disabilities, and/or developmental disabilities. We foster development through proven ABA programs empirically validated by research.

Job Description + Responsibilities

Directly supervise and train BCaBAs and RBTs, deliver top notch applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism or other intellectual and developmental disabilities, conduct language assessments, functional behavior assessments, develop behavior plans, update goals on Catalyst, analyze quantifiable data, provide support and consultation for families.

We are entirely paperless! We use use a practice management system, have a centralized office for scheduling, use electronic data collection, offer free ongoing CEU's in ABA through our training platform, free CPR training, and crisis prevention certification.

Other Requirements

Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license. This position requires traveling. Services are conducted in multiple environments including the clinic, client's home, school, and community.
